The master has a King bed with master bath and whirlpool tub, while the guest bedroom has one king bed and one double bed with a large TV and a full size bathroom. We love the locations and the common areas of the property are really nice, not overcrowded and lots for the family to do. The room was as described, a little dated and a lot of wasps near the entrance but we bought some wasp spray and then had a great time. Would stay here again if the price was competitive.

Property was good, the sheets in the main bedroom though were like sleeping on 80 grit sandpaper, we did fix this by using the spare set in the closet. Also, only a short commute to downtown and all the history of Hot Springs.

What a beautiful place and location. This was our 1st time to Hot Springs and I must say it was amazing. The condo was clean and neat. It had everything you would want in a home away from home. If I ever come back this is where I would choose to stay.

It was nice, but there was ants in the kitchen and the bath tubes didn’t have drain stoppers. One shower only did super hot water. The beds and the furniture were comfortable. I liked that they had a game room and other activities for the kids. It was overall a nice place.

Great condo!

This condo was very clean! Probably the only thing I wished for was softer blankets since it was chilly outside. We opted for this listing since we were traveling with children and all the amenities (ping pong, pool, putting green, basketball, etc) were a HUGE hit! The location was very convenient to all the adventures we planned, and it was nice to sit on the balcony enjoying the lake before and after action packed days. We also brought my parents, and this was a perfect set-up - they didn't have to walk up or down more than 3 steps and had a room all to themselves, while we shared a room with the kids. I would honestly give it more stars if I could. :)

Nice place to stay. The condo was nice but smaller than expected. The pictures definitely made it look bigger and there was no private bathroom for the master bedroom. It was 3 steps into the condo which was easy for a disabled adult and 3 small Children. Cabana game room was fun for the kids. The rainy weather kept us away from the outside activities. The gardeners started before 8:00 on Monday which was too early for those on vacation.

Hot Springs Family Escape

This condo was just what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Plenty of room for the kids and so much to do right on the property. The pools were nice and never crowded and the kids loved the game room and mini-golf.
