This condo is located at the center of it all -the "Seven-South" area of Hot Springs. You'll be right on the waterfront, enjoying incredible 180° views of Lake Hamilton. Featuring modern decor and an outstanding location near Oaklawn Racetrack, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, movie theaters, outdoor activities and more, this lovely condo leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the lake activity and serene sunsets from your oversized private balcony providing some of the best views on Lake Hamilton.

We are located on the beautiful bay of Lookout Point, which is an upscale, quiet community. - No wild parties here.

Guests staying at this walk-in level Hot Springs vacation rental can look forward to starting each day with gorgeous waterfront views inside a comfortable and carefully designed home. Boasting 1560 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (and an oversized 240 square foot private balcony), you and your travel companions will find plenty of space to spread out and relax throughout your stay. You'll have one assigned parking spot near the front door, and we have keyless entry, so no fumbling with keys! Extra parking spots are just steps away, too.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, both with new ultra plush mattresses. We can officially sleep 4 adults. Both bathrooms feature their own separate showers, with an additional spa whirlpool tub in the master bath. There are 4 full sets of towels in each bathroom, as well as blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There are 4K flat screen televisions in the living room (55"), master bedroom (50"), and 2nd bedroom (42"). All televisions offer complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Roku channels to keep you thoroughly relaxed and entertained each day. You'll also have access to private hi-speed WiFi throughout the property.

Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen featuring all the utensils and cookware you would need to channel your inner chef during your stay. The wine bar features a Keurig coffee maker, as well as a traditional coffee maker, a margarita blender, wine glasses and wine opener. The dining room table will comfortably seat 6 people, along with additional seating at the kitchen bar area. Take care of all your laundry with our washer/dryer, along with detergent, dryer sheets, etc. There is also an iron, ironing board, and luggage racks in the walk-in master closet for your convenience.

For your comfort we also supply all of our guests with complimentary K-cups of coffee with sweetener and creamer to take in the morning lake views. We try to think of everything you may need in advance!

The condo was beautiful—spacious, comfortable, and had amazing views of Lake Hamilton. Check-in was easy, and the main areas were clean and well-stocked. However, being on the first floor made it hard to relax. We could hear everything from the unit above ….especially kids running, jumping, and what seemed to be moving furniture…all of this went on through out the day even late at night and early in the mornings. The jacuzzi jets in the master bath also needed a deep cleaning, so we didn’t use it. Overall, it’s a nice place.

Second time staying at this condo this year. we love the location, condo, view from balcony, cleanliness, and has all amenities u need. Just getting into comfy bed with fresh linens was wonderful. The best seat in Hot Springs for watching fireworks on Lake Hamilton was from balcony. We will stay again in the Spring!

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything was exactly like the description. Spacious master bedroom and great second bedroom for our son. Right off of Central Avenue and minutes from everything to do in Hot Springs. The view was beautiful as well. The only drawback to this place is the pool is an uphill climb unless you drive around to it, but we didn’t mind at all.

Quick road trip

We spontaneously chose to come to Hot Springs and found this jewel. The condo was beautiful, clean and perfectly located. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and birds.

Beautiful property

This condo was everything I expected from the photos..It has a warm welcoming feel. It has new appliances and everything u need. It was new looking and clean..The view from the private balcony was breathtaking especially the sunset and the lake view was awesome. It is located close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. I will be back and stay again. The rental price was affordable. The host responded in a timely fashion. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of heaven.

It really is a beautiful condo

My husband and I stayed for a week at this wonderful condo. It is beautifully decorated and more than met our expectations based on the pictures posted online. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony, having morning coffee and evening drinks, enjoying the view and watching boaters in the lake. I also found it a great place to relax and read my book. The location is great. It is close to many really good restaurants, and just a short drive from Oaklawn racetrack, Bathhouse Row and Hotsprings Mountain. The owner was very responsive and accomodating when we messaged him. My husband and I both would definitely recommend renting this condo for your stay in Hot Springs.

Perfect Lake Vacation

The property is very clean and updated. The host was very easy to contact and quite responsive. It was very comfortable and located in a great place. The pool was very clean and was relaxing after a day hiking and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Wonderful property!

This is a very, very nice property that is directly on the waterfront! The place looked beautiful online but it was way more than i expected when I got there. Absolutely amazing view! The patio was directly on the water so we got to enjoy some beautiful sunsets, watching all the boating activity, ducks and geese swimming, and the kids fishing from the pier. Everything was perfect, from the stylish decor (all the furniture looked brand new), very comfortable bedding, and the place was exceptionally clean.The owner provided many things that most hosts don’t think of…like full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toiletries, spices for cooking, plus two coffee makers, by the pot (filter furnished), or by the cup (Keurig pods provided). We loved that! The kids were happy to have Netflix, and a swimming pool on site, and enjoyed fishing from the docks. We spent most of our time on the large private balcony/terrace overlooking the lake with coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. It had a central location, so was perfect for restaurants and sightseeing. This is was a luxury for a family of 4, but would also be PERFECT for couples. So much thought went into making sure guests were comfortable. We will be visiting again soon!
