Every single person at this hotel is so very friendly! The entire place is spotless! The beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was hot and very good. And all at a reasonable price. I will stay here every time I visit Hot Springs and recommend it to my friends. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The front desk Check in Girls were very helpful since we had to extend our stay and we got a preferred room!! The place was a short drive to the main road where the bathhouses are! The place was also clean and well maintained. They also had attentive and friendly people working at the morning breakfast downstairs!

The hotel was very beautiful and the the service was great. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable for me. On the day we decided to stay, it was pouring rain so we didn't get to enjoy our reason to stay. I don't blame it on the hotel. They were great. 😃

Hotel was easy to find, close to downtown, super clean and we were able to check in early which was much appreciated! Breakfast was good! Room was super spacious, only feedback there would be the bed frame being metal made a lot of banging sounds when you move around. Otherwise we enjoyed our quick overnight stay and would recommend to friends and family!
