An apartment located in the newly renovated Maison 226, the Count Basie Suite features a peaceful master bedroom, an open plan living room and fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy coffee or a cold beverage while sitting under towering magnolia trees on a New Orleans style balcony, overlooking Prospect Avenue.

This is a newly built apartment in a 120-year-old historic building. Only one block from Bathhouse Row, it is nestled between the Central Avenue and Quapaw/Prospect Historical Districts. A short walk will get you to any of the dozens of Downtown and Sidetown restaurants, bars, and attractions. Enjoy the stunning Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and Victorian style architecture as you stroll through the neighborhood.

You're also a short drive away from all Hot Springs has to offer, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort!

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the sofa has a pull-out bed, so that the apartment sleeps up to four people comfortably.

This property was very nicely renovated. Great location. The only negative I have is the noise inside the unit. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear every foot step from the guests above us in the 3rd floor penthouse. This was extremely disturbing trying to sleep!

Great location in Hot Springs

Great location, right downtown yet a block or two away so it is quiet. Spacious and secure suites! Loved the balcony, how clean the property is, the shower is amazing, and the back door access to the downstairs trashcans. Loved Diablos Tacos and mezcaleria which was a 3 minute walk from our place. 55 minutes from Little Rock. Lastly, owners are very responsive to messages, inquires, and questions. My family of 2 children and my wife were in town for the eclipse, and we’ll be sure to choose this location again if we return to Hot Springs!!

Great place to stay

My husband, 7mo daughter, and I stayed here for a quick little family trip and it was perfect! Very clean place, super close to the downtown area (we walked there), and ample free street parking in front of the building. We felt very safe in this part of town, plus the building has a door code that only guests know. Only problems we ran into were the WiFi not working (which we didn’t stress over because we were on vacation after all), dishwasher wouldn’t turn on (might’ve been operator error), and I didn’t get a response from hosts about where to park (this info wasn’t on the property listing but it was in the “guest services” binder in the vrbo—so we figured it out) Overall, very pleased with our accommodations!

Wonderful choice

Quiet street, but very close to all the activity. We walked the entire weekend. Apartment was beautifully furnished. We loved the art and New Orleans jazz theme. Loved enjoying morning coffee on the balcony. Will certainly return when back in Hot Springs.

Cool place!

Close proximity and walkable to the Bathhouse Row area, so it's easy to come and go between activities. The building is amazingly restored and is now stunning. The interior is very well done and very comfortable. Don't know if it's at all necessary but the place is very secure.
