Breathtaking sunsets and high rise views for miles at the main channel of Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs National Park off of 7 South. The waterfront property is in a quiet community with gated access. As soon as you step in the front door, the multiple oversized windows will draw you to the lake view. It feels like living in a fish bowl. There are 2 covered balconies that are the perfect birds-eye view for boat watching and holiday fireworks. Also, don’t miss the spectacular sunsets each night.

Equipped for 8 guests. Sleeping accommodations include one master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding glass door to a balcony with panoramic lake views. First guest bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony with big lake views. The 2nd guest bedroom includes a queen bed and custom built-in twin xl bunks. Sleep soundly with new, cooling gel memory foam mattresses and luxurious bedding and linens. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen including all new appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, etc. No outdoor grill on the balconies, but there is a charcoal grill located at the clubhouse next to the pool. Absolutely a wonderful experience. The space is much larger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare a huge holiday dinner including space. If ever in Hot Springs again 1000%would stay here. The sunsets were so pretty over the water. Hosts were very accessible the entire stay. Highly recommend

Very nice lakeside apartment

An overall very good experience. The hot tub was not working and the sauna we initially could not turn on due to a missing knob. The owner addressed the sauna issue the same day, so it worked out fine. The pickleball court was still under repair from the tornado damage (from over half a year ago, unfortunately). The property has an excellent view of the lake and is perfectly remodeled. The community was very quiet in December. Hot Springs is very busy around New Year so be prepared for long wait lists and lines for services in town.

Perfect lakeside location!

This is our family’s second year in this unit. We have really enjoyed just packing our suitcases and showing up- you have everything in the kitchen and bathrooms you could need. The ambiance is peaceful and uncluttered, the opposite of our actual home;0), which is probably why we enjoy it so much! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, fast internet and the pool. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. The hosts are so kind and quick to respond. We look forward to staying again next summer!
