Papillon Bleu is a fully self contained, family home nestled amongst the trees that line Henry Lawson Drive and the butterfly reserve. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a landmark addition to this peaceful area. A perfect family home to enjoy a tropical island getaway.



The open plan living area flows seamlessly to the pool making outdoor living perfect. Designed as a tropical home that allows for the breeze to be captured air-conditioning will rarely be needed. This design allows for family meals to be prepared while enjoying family time. Or if a night off cooking is in order simply walk across the bridge to be on the beachfront where the choice of cafes and restaurants are so close. Surrounded by louvered windows this home epitomises tropical living. You will feel like you are in a tree house.



The master bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite ( 2 way access ) is surrounded by louvered windows providing flow through breezes and treescape views. The 2nd bedroom also offering an ensuite ( 2 way access ) features a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 king single beds and a trundle for the extra child.

Magnetic Island can be easily accessed by the public bus service and taxis.

If you prefer to travel at your own pace there are hire cars available once on the Island. Parking is available.
