Horní Kozolupy Holiday Packages

Stayed here with my mum with two separate rooms in May 2016. Both rooms were quirky and had lots of character compared to a chain hotel, especially mum's on the second floor which also had a great view looking out onto courtyard and old town church spires. BUT...the amenities aren't up to 4 star standard. Wifi was bad in both rooms - we had to go to the window to get reception. My shower head was broken and I had to prop it up with a piece of paper. The lift doesn't go to top floor (not mentioned in their ads or online). And the staff weren't very helpful with our requests and only wanted to tell us about tours that were allied to their hotel. On the upside, the restaurant at the base of the hotel has yummy food and the waiters there provided good service. We ate there a couple of times. Location is very central and courtyard itself isn't too crowded with tourists but the crowds of them get very heavy as soon as you walk outside the courtyard. Despite the charming rooms and central location, I'm not sure I'd recommend this hotel to others for the 4 star price.

Amazing property close to everything and the breakfast was to die for. Always try to stay here when we come to Prague.
