The night desk clerk was very friendly and nice. Rooms were clean with nice views of a field. Decent breakfast choices. Juice machine was broken but the desk clerk told us that upon check in. Would stay again

I went to this area to enjoy a drive into LBL to enjoy the snow fall. The manager, Cheynne, initially stepped up to resolve a scheduling problem (my fault). From there she kept me abreast of closed roads and other important information. I had come to believe this level of service was a thing of thingpast.

Upon check in - the night staff turned us away after our card was charged for the room due to the fact they have a weight restriction for elderly dog. She refused to accommodate although EXPEDIA NEVER STATED THERE WAS A WEIGHT RESTRICTION for dogs. She turned us away and said she could not handle the refund it would have to come from management. We found a more accommodating hotel and called EXPEDIA immediately and was told she would look into it and was escalating to a senior CSR.

Clean rooms with updated bathrooms. Make sure you bring your charging blocks for phones, etc. The room has 0 USB ports. Service was polite and accurate. Friendly personnel. Breakfast was only so so. My biggest complaint was that the slow Keurig type coffee maker was the only source of coffee for breakfast. Just imagine 20 people lined up there waiting for their morning jolt. I did without.
