Trapper Dan's Cabin -a sweet little cabin directly on the pond in Hope, Alaska

There is nothing quite as sweet as spending time in a little log cabin in rural Alaska. This one-room cabin has two queen beds, a small sitting space, and a wood burning fireplace. Located right on Bear Creek Pond and directly in front of Bear Creek, this little cabin is situated in the heart of the Bear Creek Lodge property. Included are some basic amenities, such as a microwave, mini fridge, electric tea kettle, and some Starbucks coffee. The Dirty Skillet is the lodge's dinner house, and it is located just some yards from the cabin. Bear Creek Lodge itself is right next door with shared indoor plumbing and hot showers. Stop in for a cup of espresso or a yummy baked good when you're not exploring the area.

Sweet and Relaxing

Such a beautiful area, the creek was relaxing to hear sleeping in the cozy but clean cabins. Everything you need! Including two resident ducks, one, Ben, seemed to have a crush on me, followed me everywhere! 😂 I will stay again!! Thank you for the stay
