This gorgeous home is located right on the Canal in the One-of-a-Kind, Popular & Private Gated Waterfront Community of Homosassa TRADEWINDS.
Bring your own boat to experience the fun and exciting Florida Nature Coast! You have the option of Renting a boat slip right in the Marina For an Extra Fee of $45 per night with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for world class fishing, dolphin viewing or swimming! We can accommodate a boat of Max 25 Ft . Minutes to the nearby Homosassa Springs to swim with the Manatees. There are many Boat and Pontoon Rentals in the area and Professional Guides to take you out. We can make recommendations. Air Boat rides and Manatee Tours are available and very exciting. We have 2 Kayaks and 2 bikes for your use. There is also the option for a Golf Cart Rental.
The villa is loaded with amenities like Smart TV - ROKU or Xumo operated with hundreds of Channels, A flat screen Smart TV in MBR and in the Living room, free Wi-Fi. The Villa has beds for 8. We also have additional Futons and Cots for Kids, an Infant Pack & Play and a Child’s High Chair.
Included is full use of the paved Court, Swimming Pool and Cabana, Private Boat Ramp, Fishing/Crabbing Docks. The House has 2 Fully Screened Porches. The First-Floor open floor plan has 2 sets of French Doors to separate Porches, a Dining Area, inside Laundry, Half-Bath, nice Kitchen with breakfast bar and utensils, dishes, pots, coffee makers and many added amenities. The Master Bedroom on the First Floor is complete with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with Shower and Large Bathing Tub! Upstairs there are 3 large Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. The house is steps away from the pool and courts. Another great feature of this location-GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED on this side of the River from the Water Tower to McRae's, Riverside, The Old Mill, The Freezer and Mason Creek! Use our Golf Cart to explore the Grounds and remember… the nearby history filled Old Homosassa is Golf Cart Friendly. Explore the town at your leisure.

The house was beautiful. Everyone had their own personal space. We enjoyed the parks in the area, and the hit of the trip was smorkeling with the manatees. We wouldn't hesitate to rent The Marina again.

Perfect home for our group to spend the weekend. We loved having our boat docked right behind our house and could get to all our favorite spots on the River quickly. The home was well stocked and we enjoyed each having our own bedroom and bathroom. We will be back!

Very very nice house. Plenty of room for all of us that stayed. Home was very clean and provided everything that was needed. Only downfall is the neighborhood and the roads are very tight for a bigger boat trailer but overall great house would stay again!

Lovely home very clean very quiet area for relaxing. Host was very good about questions and concerns and was quick to call back when needed.Lots of room for a large group there were 7 but some bedding not good for couples but all good we made it work

Fun family friends weekend away

We had a group of friends and family stay. House was well equipped and perfect location. We kept our pontoon boat in the slip behind the house. River was easily accessible to great restaurants and the springs. We definitely will return.

The Perfect Place

Our SC family came to visit our Florida family for Thanksgiving and this villa was the perfect place for us to stay. Its location at the marina was a beautiful setting. The kitchen was the most well equipped we have ever rented. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and worked well for our children and the grandchildren. Also the living area was spacious and gave us a good place to visit. The property owners are gracious and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely come again.

One of my favorite vacations

The house is in a perfect location if you want to fish or just go to the springs. This is are 2nd year staying at this house and I already booked for next year. Now that I found this place I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Owners are super nice. House is super nice. And if you have a big family it’s perfect!

Exceeded all expectations!

This was our first year scalloping and this home could not have been more perfect for our family. We brought our boat and used the slip which was easy to get in and out of. We were extremely close to lots of restaurants by boat and car. Close to Publix & Walmart. About 45 minutes out to go scalloping. The house ahead all the amenities we could possibly need and the host was extremely helpful and answered in a timely manner with any questions. Highly highly recommend this property!
