Located in the Chamberlands Beach and Mountain Club neighborhood association, it has access to the summertime community pool, beach, and tennis courts and is within walking distance of the popular Chambers Landing restaurant.
Beautifully updated and professionally decorated you'll enjoy a fun time with family any time of year. The backyard has lots of seating areas, hammocks, and a horseshoe pit for summer vacationers. The Homewood location puts you in a good position for North Lake Tahoe and South Lake Tahoe ski resorts in the winter and 15 minutes or less from Emerald Bay State Park.
