Two Beaches - Amazing Sound Views Surf City

Talk About views!!! Some of the most stunning views of the sound are waiting for you at this beautiful well-appointed 3BD, 3BA home. Come relax and enjoy the beach which is only a few steps away. The home boasts two decks to unwind and take in the gorgeous sunset views. You will not be disappointed!

The main living area is located on the top floor. The kitchen has been updated and is well stocked with essentials to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. The cozy living room leads to the deck which is perfect for enjoying a meal or your morning coffee. There is also one bedroom with a full bath on this floor. Additional bedrooms are located on the second floor including the master and second deck. There is also a queen air mattress for additional guests.

Guests will have access to the entire property and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach! There is a locked owner’s closet for our storage, but otherwise everything in the house will be available for use.

You’ll be able to park in the garage during your stay as well as the driveway if additional space is needed.

As described and much more. A/C on 2nd floor not working but fans were provided but didn’t need to use. Room fans were enough.

Great stay!

Nice condo in a great city. Views of the water out the back, plenty of room for our family of 7 with 3 being children. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Surf City. It was also very nice that they had beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler available to use for our beach day. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The property was just as described, beautiful and pristine, the location was perfect, easy parking/garage, very comfortable beds, has all amenities as described. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended !

We enjoyed our stay - perfect place for our mother daughter trip! The house was very clean, very nicely decorated and a short walk to the beach! The sunset views off the back balcony were beautiful. The owner was very prompt at responding to any questions. Very pleased with the stay. Highly recommend!
