Family Vacation

The inside of the property was very clean and free of cobwebs and peeling paint. Great detail was taken into the function of all showers, bathrooms and appliances. This property was a good choice.

Will not stay here again. The only good thing this place had going for it was how close it was to the beach. As soon as I pulled in the driveway I could see the trash can was completely full, flies all around. Refrigerator wouldnt cool for the first 2 days, not even a little. We had to put ice packs in it and buy ice to keep the food cool. That issue resolved itself somehow over night after 2 days. The rug in the living room looked nasty, needed a good shampooing. There are stains on the couch, paint was peeling off of kitchen chairs. There was something nasty on a bathroom wall, which looked like kid poop fingerprints. When we stripped the mattresses before we left, some were VERY stained and need to be replaced. There were cracked/broken shelves in the fridge. The ice/water maker didn't work. The back yard is overgrown. There was a nail sticking out of the back deck, which my husband found with his foot. The top side porch is uneven, has a section that is coming up. Front porch swing is not up, chains to hold it looked rusty and broken. The plastic chair there is also broken at a leg. The front screen door to the balcony is stuck half way open. One of the towels were stained. Drawers in the kitchen are unstable and don't slide well. Missing toilet paper holder in 2 bathrooms. Random shorts and flip flops found downstairs. Also dirty fork found in bedroom downstairs. Some light switches have faulty wiring upstairs, which is obvious. Needs a LOT of work to be worth the money
