• 0.1 Miles to nearest beach access
• Centrally located, just 5 min from Surf City Pier
• Bed linens and bath towels provided
• Beach towels and 4 beach chairs provided as well!

• Full kitchen including pots/pans, kitchen ware, and more
• High-speed WiFi.
• Bedroom 1: Queen w/ ensuite bathroom

• Reserved off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Please park on the left side of the driveway near the entry steps.
• Upper Deck is the top unit of a duplex.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.
House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $250 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low.
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign rental agreement.

• Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $75 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.

• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).

We enjoyed the Upper Deck unit. There were only 2 of us, plus one dog. Quiet dead-end street, and located within 2 miles of the Publix grocery store. Short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, nice towels and linens.Very adequate for our needs. The photos of the property are accurate.

Host was absolutely amazing and made sure our trip was amazing! We ended up extending our stay and host was very prompt in helping us do that. House was very clean and everything we expected. Location was great we could walk to most places we wanted to go. My golden retriever enjoyed it as well as we did. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Clean property in the perfect location! We enjoyed our time in Surf City, and this home is in an ideal location. It’s close to restaurants and shops and 3rd row from the beach! The beach access is on the same road. The fenced in yard was perfect for our two beagles to stretch their legs and explore. Excellent and friendly communication from host during our stay.
