Very nice hotel in Surf City. We were very pleased with our room. It was clean and property has been upgraded and is very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the parking. We had a room inside the courtyard and it was very tight to get in and out. The location is great - close to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops.

We always feel like valued customers when we stay at Loggerhead. The staff is welcoming, accommodate us when we have arrived early and make themselves available to answer questions. We loved this gem of a property. It was perfect for our long weekend away. Close to the beach, friendly staff, free in guest laundry and bikes, and a lovely pool set up for relaxing or playing poolside games. We took full advantage of the bikes and cruised all over the island. The room was large and had a full kitchen for us to cook our own meals. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very quiet at night. Highly recommended!

We were at Topsail Island and did not have a view of the ocean however we did have great access to the ocean. Lodging was just one block from the ocean. Our room was clean but we would have preferred a firmer mattress. Parking was good.
