Make yourself at home in our family’s cherished beach retreat, a spacious and cheerful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home just a 2-minute walk from the sand and surf in beautiful Surf City. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection, this home is the perfect coastal getaway for families or a group of friends looking to create lasting memories together.

Step inside to find a bright and welcoming space with room for up to 8 guests. Bedroom 1 features a comfy queen bed and a private full bath, while Bedroom 2 offers another queen bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with Bedroom 3, which is outfitted with two full beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. Need a little more sleeping room? Tucked away under the stairs, you'll find a cozy twin bed nook, ideal for a reading spot or an extra guest.

The open-concept living area invites you to relax and unwind, whether you're lounging with a book, streaming a movie with our included WiFi, or enjoying the cool comfort of central AC. A full washer and dryer make beach days a breeze, and the hot and cold outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off sandy toes after fun in the sun.

Our vacation rental includes a 50-amp RV plug-in, perfect for campers or electric vehicle charging.

Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the front or back porch, both furnished with plenty of outdoor seating for conversation or quiet time. The spacious driveway has plenty of room for parking, including space for your boat if you're bringing one along for adventure.

Absolutely the nicest place to stay. We had the best time. The house had everything that you could possibly need. We had a toddler and the home was very accommodating. from toys to beach wagon. It has a large island in the kitchen with stools making it so nice to eat as a family. Very comfortable home. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great time.
