Right on the Beach with games
The house is dated and dark in rooms. The floor and doors were sticky. The management company was difficult to deal with and gave us incorrect answers to our questions about what was in the house. The electronic game does not work. The dishwasher broke and the management company was indifferent and not helpful. This house has a coffeemaker and a keurig. You are right on the beach and plenty of parking. Several rooms have TVS that don't connect to anything.

This house had the perfect view and beach access we were looking for, plus plenty of indoor space!
Our friends and family celebrated Thanksgiving at this property. The location and beach access were perfect. From inside, you feel like your almost in the ocean. We were able to let the kids run around and could easily check on them without any hassle of crossing the street or even having to go outside.
Our group had plenty of space indoors and outdoors to hang out and enjoy each other’s company.
The house was clean, easy to check in and out of, and was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our holiday dinner.
If you want to roll out of bed in the morning and put your toes right in the sand, this is the place for you!

Cannot beat the view and location, but should have been cleaner
This was a very last minute vacation for my family. This was also the first time I have ever rented a house with absolutely no reviews. My kids were very excited that they would have the lower level of the house with the game room to themselves.
First the pros - Great location; Beach right off the deck; Very private; Upper level very nice - nice appliances; plenty of seating in the kitchen; 3 bedrooms all appears clean - enough space for my family of 5 to all sleep upstairs; close to many restaurants; Very nice, sturdy outside furniture.
Areas for opportunity - I do not feel the lower level was cleaned thoroughly, especially given the current pandemic - lots of small rugs in bedrooms with sand/dirt underneath; toilet on lower level did not appeared cleaned; throw pillows on beds and 1/2 used soap dispensers throughout both levels; found 2 live roaches on 2nd day; Also had ants in kitchen on arrival - emailed the realty company and they sent out a very nice gentleman the following day to exterminate. Air hockey table very loud when plugging in and not a lot of air coming out, so could not use. Metal bunk bed on lower level rusting and did not seem safe and sturdy for my kids to sleep on - kids disappointed they did not get to sleep in bunks on lower level. Realty company did call me on day 4 to get more information on the concerns I emailed them with (all of which I have listed). They did seem to listen to my concerns and said they will come check them out.
