Home features 2 bedrooms on main level with full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in basement with two bathrooms with walkout. 4 full baths(master with jetted tub). All rooms have TV's with 4 King Size beds & 1 queen bed. Clubhouse with game room, playground, and small workout area. Two Zero entry pools with a splash pad (a short walk up the street). Basketball court. Big screen TV's with DVD players in family room and basement entertainment area. Bedrooms have Roku available for streaming. PS4 in basement entertainment area and many board games to play in house along with a game table. Back deck with a grill with a table and umbrella. Branson Canyon Nature Trail. Basement family room with one sleeper sofa and one twin futon. Great room has cathedral ceilings. Kitchen is fully stocked with many extras! Home does have a slope to the driveway and has two parking spots with overflow parking just down the street. Overflow parking map will be provided before arrival. We are very excited about our Hawk's Nest home and look forward to you sharing it with us.

the place was very clean,quiet, and very nice. the host was very nice and accommodating . we were allowed to ck in a little early, which was nice after long drive. we didn't get to use pool because weather cooler. day of check out was raining alittle and we were allowed to check out a bit later. i would highly recommend this place.

This property is perfect for a family get away. The host supplys EVERYTHING you need. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Traveling with young kids typically means packing up half the house, but that's not the case here. There were plenty of beach towels, kid pool floaties, outside toys/games, a high chair, a baby gate, a fully stocked kitchen including dinnerware for your small children, and the list goes on and on. The pool was perfect, spacious, including a spash pad for the babies and a 0 entry shallow end for the toddlers. The pool, playground, and club house were all walking distance from the house. The location is just far enough out of Branson to feel secluded, but close enough to enjoy all the Branson fun. The house itself was cleaned spotless, and has the coziness of a mountain side cabin in the middle of the ozarks hills. The host was quick to answer the few questions I had, and was very accommodating during our say. We highly recommend this home, and hope you enjoy it as much as we did! P.S did I mention that the fresh baked cookies upon arrival were delicious! Because they were!

Great house very well stocked

The house was great we had a small problem with the ac I contacted the owner and he responded right away and a tech came out. This house was the most stocked house I have ever stayed in. Very well stocked kitchen. The 2 subdivision pools were very nice.

Upon our arrival we were greeted with a plate of baked cookies on the kitchen counter. The home had everything we needed and more for our week stay. The kids had plenty of space and we all enjoyed the community pool. This VRBO was not far from Branson and Top of the Rock.I would defiantly recommend this property for family vacations. Charming house in the hills

My husband, our two kids, and parents stayed in this beautifully charming home for 4 nights, 5 days. The house was completely furnished and supplied with every cooking tool and seasoning we ever needed. Rooms were spacious and super comfortable. We had our own laundry room which was really nice too. Had upper and lower level so the family could space out and enjoy our time together without getting on each others nerves. The back patio was a nice touch with ample seating and outdoor lights that came automatically on. We come to Branson every other and we will certainly book here again. The Hosts answered all of our questions and super easy to work with. They really helped us with our every need.

Property was clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive to minor issues that arose, and overall the stay was great. House is outstanding, and located (in our opinion) close enough to all the tourist activities in Branson, yet far away to enjoy peaceful, quiet evenings.

Quiet Little Getaway

This home is lovely! It's in a quiet little nook minutes away from the main strip in Branson. Every detail was attended to, even leaving individual travel packs of qtips! We loved our stay! Thank you for sharing your sweet home with our family!
