The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday.

Very nice property outside the center of town. The staff were so wonderful and breakfast was always good. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Definitely will stay again next time.

Nice property, outside of the busy Old Town, 20 min walk. Few ammenities. Lovely staff, especially Li Li. If you like quiet and a walk to old town, this is for you. If you want 5 star and room service, this isn’t for you. Tidy property and good staff.

Definitely doesn’t have the facilities that they had advertised. Place is okay for the price but definitely not a 4plus star hotel like they advertised. More like a 2.5 star. We checked out a day early.

Great hotel with a beautiful view of the river and bridge. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. The location is serene, just a short drive to Hoi An yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff and services offered were absolutely delightful. Everything about the hotel from location to the size of the room, makes me want to return. I only wish the pool's filter and jets were working so we could have gone for a swim.

Very nice hotel! Lovely staff, great room, nice garden and pool. Lovely balcony. Room very specious and clean! Bikes available - short ride to town. Breakfast choices complete. Would return to this hotel if we were to visit hoi an area again

Our stay here was extremely relaxing. The pool and spa were wonderful, and we made good use of the bicycle rentals to explore the town. Breakfast was hearty and tasty with plenty of choices.
