Overall, we had a pleasant stay, with a few different experiences. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, we were initially a little disappointed to be given a room right next to the elevator, despite having requested a quieter room. The constant noise from the elevator was very loud, but fortunately the staff were flexible and moved us up three floors to a quieter and more spacious room.
