Not so good for first impression The location and living space are good but all the pillows, blankets and mattresses are smelly really bad Specially the kitchen sink so smelly With the high class apartments only outside but inside unexpected Elevator no AC no toilet paper All the lights from the other apartments making the light too shine can’t sleep Even I called ahead 2-3 times to let the owner know that I will be checking in but when my family came no electricity turned on entire apartment

このアパートと、同じ建屋のTAOアパートに数日置きに宿泊予約したが、TAOアパートが勝手にキャンセルされて泊まれなった。また別な部屋を用意するからといってさらに金銭を要求された。混乱するが、TAOアパート、ラクジュアリアパートの鍵の担当者が同じ人物だったので、不安に思って、ラグジュアリアパートもキャンセルしようとしたが、レギュレーションによりこちらは1週前でもキャンセルできないとのこと。この2つは同じオーナなのかどうかわからないが、少なくとも鍵の担当している人物は同じだった。今Expediaに連絡もなくキャンセルされた1つ目のTAOアパートの返金を求めているが、TAOアパートに担当者から連絡がとれないとのことで、20日たっても返金されてこない。とても不快です。（公開するかどうかは、EXPEDIAの方にお任せします。）
