We stayed 17 nights in the bedroom suite with a king sized bed, living area, private balcony and kitchenette. The property is on a less busy street although you can definitely hear everything happening outside. The staff are friendly and the hotel is located in a good area. The bathroom layout was strange - it was as if someone hired their inexperienced nephew to do the build and messed it up. The toilet is where the shower was meant to go and vise versa so water gets everywhere in the bathroom and they dont provide a floor towel or anything to help move the water. The kitchen sink plumbing leads to the toilet/shower area so little bits of food come out onto the floor. Overall, it was an okay stay. The price was great and it has good coffee and restaurants nearby.

1. Staff was showing attitude and overcommunucated. You were ask for ID before checking in but still got the same questions about ID and phone number when came to hotel to receive the keys. Self check-in portal in the other locations is more convenient than hotel in Suong Nguyet Anh. 2. Only 1 old key-tag was provided.

moyen mais pas chèr.

le réceptionniste vit dans la réception d'où une odeur de maison... il ne sourrit pas et fait son job. la chambre fur correcte l'état est moyen mais propre. le rapport qualité prix reste correct dommage pour l'accueil assez froid. et l'enregistrement en ligne est barbant
