Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. I truly felt welcomed and well cared for, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Love this hotel and staff. I always enjoy getting the club level rooms for the evening drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Great location to river boat pickup, upscale grocery, DHL, not too far from Ben Thanh market and several taylors. Roof top pool and spa but not as thrilled about this spa. I had extreme cramping in my legs and they were weird about it. Next hotel had no issues with me.
