We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is intimate and located near dining, shopping, the Opera House and the river. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast has many choices, plus the option to order food. Everything we needed was a short walk away. We didn't use the pool but I will say it's much smaller than pictured. We enjoyed happy hour on the rooftop a few times. Overall, I highly recommend Silverland Jolie! Be aware: you need to go up a flight of stairs to enter the hotel. People with disability issues could find that difficult.

Wonderful gem of a hotel

Initially I was a bit hesitant on arrival as hotel was a bit older than I expected. However, I must say that my husband I had an absolutely lovely visit. The staff and service could not be better. They went out of their way to accommodate every single request we had. The rooftop bar is a Vietnamese vibe, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We paid for an upgraded room, which in retrospect I probably would have stuck with the smaller room. We had a lot of space but the hotel itself is not luxurious. It is an older building and its wear shows. The room was comfortable and very clean. I think a smaller room would have been an excellent value. We walked 3 min to Brelax which was an adorable place to get a massage. There were great cafes within walking distance. The hotel arranged transport, laundry, and dinner reservations when requested. Highly recommend this hotel as a good value, comfortable stay, and convenient location. Anticipate long transport times to the airport in the am. Took us well over an hour.

Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was serviced twice a day, towels changed twice a day, and two bottles of water supplied twice a day. Laundry service was excellent. Breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. The rooftop bar with spa and very pleasant staff made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hotel's position is central.

Outstanding Bargain

This hotel is ideal for a visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Excellent service all around, very clean, front desk people are exceptionally helpful. Great location-central but off of the main streets. Great breakfast (included) and 2 pm tea (basically a light lunch. also included). Jolie is reasonably priced, the rooftop pool and bar are a nice extra feature. Super experience at this hotel!

This was an absolutely charming hotel. It was decorated like a library after my own heart. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and respectful. The room was very comfortable and just the right size. The cute rooftop bar had an awesome view. Breakfast was great, and they serve a free tea in the afternoon that we weren't there for, but I'm sure was great. The location is central and convenient, Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A fantastic 4 night stay in this fabulously central location. The staff were all, without exception, helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and they even gave us a freshly packed early departure breakfast at 6.25am.
