Everything was perfect. Loved the room, furnishings “old world charm”. Especially loved the heated toilet seat. Breakfast was good the afternoon tea was better! Staff excellent!

The most beautiful room ever , clean and fully loaded with a huge steam room and large sunken jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Threw in a free breakfast and afternoon tea for us too.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly the rooms are clean and good quality. The rooftop bar area has a great atmosphere. There was some construction work going on in the area around the hotel when I stayed but it wasn’t a problem.

From the moment I arrived for a late-night check-in, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up to a stunning view of the city and river, which made each morning feel special.
