Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely lived up to the star rating that made me choose it in the first place. Beautiful lobby and fantastic breakfast options. My room was facing the river and was a beautiful view day and night. Excellent water pressure in a deep tub/shower combo. My first experience using a bidet and want one at home. I would prefer to stay here next time I visit vietnam because it was a beautiful, clean and classy hotel.
