A great modern hotel close to Saigon Airport. Has a nice lobby bar and a really good restaurant. I highly recommend the seafood buffet. There’s not a lot in the surrounding areas to appeal to tourists, and the road outside was very busy, but it’s great for a night or two prior to flying out.

Big beautiful pool to hang out after a day out . Close to the airport and about a 25 min ride to the touristy things , but the taxis using grab are very reasonable.The staff were so kind and helpful . One staff member went above and beyond . Thank you Tri for for all the recommendations about where to go in the city and help with Grab app etc .

This Holiday Inn is different than the ones in US. It offered an upper notch in luxury accommodation and service. Very nice breakfast, free shuttle to the airport and very nice swimming pool

Nicest Holiday Inn ever

Nicest Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in — booked a suite, very spacious, clean, comfortable. Needed one night before early flight home and this was a welcome respite after 4 weeks of touring. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Take elevator to Lobby level to check in. Good selection of food at restaurant one level below lobby, but not happy to see that they charged IHG Honors Reward fees when I don’t even use that program. Wish I’d had time to enjoy the pool, poolside bar, and fitness center — they all looked very nice.

Amazing staff and facility.

I have visited Ho Chi Minh over the past eight years, and each time, I have stayed at a hotel near my family home. However, on this visit, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Suite Saigon because it presented many upsides, like proximity to the airport, free shuttle bus from and to, and a superb large pool! The staff was outstanding. They constantly reached out to see if they could make my trip more enjoyable. I found a gem in this hotel and plan to book with them next year.

Very convenient for a short overnight prior to international from domestic connection; taxi or Grab is best- shuttle times were not convenient and it also appears they pickup only from international terminal. Pleasant staff. Excellent meal next door at Byblos!
