Our room was clean, very comfortable and super quiet. It was very well located in downtown Saigon, with easy access to many of the sights. There was a good selection for breakfast. We went to the Sky lounge for some drinks. It is a pity that the brown building in front blocked what would have been a great view over the river. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Location of this hotel is perfect. Can easily walk all around town and to the riverfront with ease. pool area is just OK, but the stay was very enjoyable and I had no issues at all.

The Room was immaculate, large and well appointed with a large bathroom which was spotless and also well serviced each day. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest asking for a room on the River side of the building. I requested and was placed on a high floor but on the Street side which was a little disappointing but decided to deal with it. Reception at check in and out was very efficient and professional. The breakfast buffet is very good, and all of the staff in the dining room were smiley and charming, it would be unfair to single one out. All in all a very location as it is only a couple of blocks from where all the action happens and the excellent City Bus tours start (Highly recommended)

The hotel is outdated and very used. Needs restoration to be following a 5 star hotel expirence. I fly approx 150+ days a year and stay at a lot of hotels. I would consider this hotel as a 2+ star hotel. One positive thing… the bell staff was very service minded.
