There were ants in our (counter, window curtain) room. Staff took care of it immediately. Aircon didn’t work properly in our room. It was hot on our first night and was given a stand fan the next night. Staff was excellent though.

A lovely hotel with excellent service. The staff were really attentive and friendly. We were looked after by Klet, Vinh and Dung, and they were so attentive and good humoured. This hotel is very stylish, we stayed in a corner room, small but very well planned. The furnishings have a theme of trees, and the bed was very comfortable. I used the pool a lot. Well shaded and cool at the end of the day. The water features were a bit noisy but lovely staff switched them off for me. The hotel is on the same street as the big market. Excellent Japanese just round the corner. Chiyoda sushi. Loved our stay here.

I loved this property for the location and the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Ahn helped us with our luggage while supporting other guests as well. The staff was so helpful and warm, and our room was beautiful.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen die Zimmer sind modern und gemütlich. Das Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein und es müssten mehr verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten geben. Es gibt nur schwarzen Kaffee aus der Kanne Der Pool auf dem Dach hat leider keine Liegen nur ein paar Stühle im Schatten

Staff were excellent - always prepared to help eg with luggage storage, use of Grab app, explanation of room facilities. Special thanks to Kiet, Vinh, Hung, Tran G who provided excellent assistance in the reception area. A lot of maintenance work was taking place in the hotel surrounds but hotel staff managed to make the impact on guests as minimal as possible. Breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty. Room size was good. Bed was comfortable. Window coverings (timber venetians) could be improved to provide improved degree of darkness, but not a major problem for us. Excellent, central location.

We stayed here when we arrived in Vietnam and then returned to the hotel for one night, after a few days away at Cat Tien. Thanks to Tri, Trinh and Dung for welcoming us back. The room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. One of the stools was broken, which we told the staff about, but rather than remove it from the room, it seemed to be temporarily fixed and positioned in such a way that suggested we shouldn't use it. I would say that the place could do with a bit of maintenance, to make it look a bit nicer, as it's a little tatty in some areas. Overall, it's a good location, with nice staff and our stay was pleasant enough.

We were greeted by Tam (at least, I think that's his name - apologies if I've got that wrong), and he was very nice and helpful. In fact, all of the staff that we came across during our stay were very nice. The room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. The best part of this hotel are the super friendly staff(especially Anh & Vinh) and the hotel location. It is a couple of blocks from Ben Thanh market and within walking distance to many attractions. The room is rather small with weird bathroom layout. The toilet is next to the open shower so it would get wet after you shower. The breakfast is adequate with Vietnamese and Western options. The windows are not soundproofed. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to request for a higher floor room. Overall, the hotel is great for the price. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

The staff are friendly and very hepful. Always a helping hand with luggage and bags. The room was relatively small, with limited storage space but overall very nice. Hotel is well situated, near resturants and two big markets. Would recommend for singles or couples

The hotel is very nice lay out for bathroom is not very practical, special thanks too ANH Always ready to help out. Overall a good place to stay for few nights.
