Unfortunately, the laundry service provided during our stay fell short of our expectations. Our clothes were not properly washed, which caused some inconvenience during our trip. I've been to Vietnam a few times and let me tell you, this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. You're welcomed by friendly staff and you truly feel like royalty. This is my favorite hotel so far. Get the club lounge, it was worth it. The breakfast buffet was the best. We get the salted coffee every morning and night. It was that good. I would stay here a million times!

Our third time staying with Vinpearl Landmark 81. Breakfast spread in true Vietnamese style is amazing on top of the clouds. This is my first time staying at Landmark 81 Marriott. The hotel is beautiful and services are exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely come back.
