We did not get to stay at the hotel on the 9/17-9/19/25 because the hotel could not find our reservation. Very disappointed. We had no problem with Expedia bookings before, until this time. We hope we did not get charged for this stay.

The staff is wonderful and accommodating- Receptionist Phuong is extremely helpful and friendly- with a very nice breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30 am the suits everyone’s taste buds- make sure you book your next stay at A&EM Petit Hotel

There are two main receptionists who are very helpful! Room condition is cleaner than other places which in the same rated. The only thing I’m uncomfortable that the food area has flies.
