Nice Hotel but service could improve

This is a very nice hotel in a good location in District 1. A bit difficult to find by the address. But a quiet location with secure parking for motorbike. I don't like to leave bad reviews or make negative comments however, I stayed a total of 6 nights and room was only cleaned once after i personally asked to have it done. Daily I would leave and hang the "make up room" sign and almost each day that was done I would return to see the sign had been turned over to the "do not disturb side" but nothing had been done to the room. One night made 2 phone calls to front desk asking for toilet paper and waitied 20 minutes. Staff was friendly although not the best service

We stayed 2 nights but our room was not cleaned. We complained about it and somebody came to clean it at 10pm, when we were already on bed. No clean towels either on the second day.

Cet hôtel n'existe pas et il s'appelle A25. Malgré les preuves de notre réservation et de son paiement ils ont cherché à nous faire payer une seconde fois les 2 nuits passées. Il a fallu faire appel à HOTELS.COM qui a du prendre contact avec le manager pour lui certifier que les chambres étaient payées. Nous avons dépensé du temps à téléphoner, bien sur de l'argent et de l'angoisse pour arriver à nos fins. Je n'ai jamais eu à faire à une telle mauvaise fois. C'était une tentative d'escroquerie et deux jours d'enfer.

Be careful, this hotel doesn't exist

When arrived at the hotel, reception told me not get my booking, so I need to find other hotel and spend more money for hotel and taxi too, time was also late, so hangry, I payed hotel 2 times with my credit card... reception told me many people came like me from all world and happend same to me. be careful not booked it.

市内中心部より離れているが、その分タクシー代が節約。清潔で朝食もドリンクが３本も。 夜着いて、次の日の便に乗り換えに良い。
