Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the attention received with washing machine and transport hassles. Once sorted with both, it was all so much easier! The room was a little squeezy for three adults ,but we coped. The room was advertised as having a kitchenette, but there was minimal utensils, crockery and pans.Also, as with almost all European winter accommodation , the central heating meant stuffy conditions. Despite that, this hotel was in a good location with excellent transport options.
