The primary suite includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and access to the private patio. The primary bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet, and smart TV. The guest bathroom has a tub shower combination.

Create a fantastic meal in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space! The kitchen has a breakfast nook with seating. The dining room table has seating for six in this open concept villa.

The private patio has seating and a gas grill for enjoying your meals over looking the views of the George Fazio Golf Course.

The beach is easily accessed by a short bike ride, evener shorter drive or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. This is a seasonal on-call shuttle service for Palmetto Dunes guests only.

The community amenities include an on-site pool and private tennis courts. Guests are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer golfing, pickleball, tennis, fishing, miles of bike paths and of course the beach!
