One bedroom and one bath with room to sleep five. This condo features a queen bed in the master, a pull out sofa, and a built in single suitable for children. New designer grey cabinets with plenty of storage, granite counter tops, and a balcony with ocean views to relax on.

Fully stocked kitchen with dish ware, cooking utensils, pots, pans and glassware. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom. The kitchen does not offer an oven, but features a glass cook-top, a convection oven combo microwave and custom kitchen cabinets with an open floor plan.

This beach villa offers everything you would expect to get in a vacation rental. It is a quick walk to the beach, pools, beach bar, tennis courts, restaurants, and workout center. An amazing time!! Clean place to stay, a small walk to the ocean. The resort has an outdoor pull that is very nice with tons of loungers and a bar where you can get food and drinks. Can't wait to come back. Arlene is a wonderful host. Thank you :)

The host communicated effectively and quickly when needed.. The list of amenities matched the description; however, there was some inconsistency in terminology—some areas referred to as the kitchen, while others mentioned the kitchenette. There is no stove available, but a conventional oven is accessibleNo electric bikes are permitted on the property; they must be locked up at the front. Over all great stay! Good for family. Large pool. However, very crowded. Lots of parking. Location is great! The room was very comfortable.

We loved this place! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and beach are less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. The resort is clean, nice, and has a few restaurants that have great food and drinks. The host is very responsive to questions, also. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We absolutely LOVED this beautiful condo! It was quiet, close to the beach and it was nice to find out that you had to go through a security guard. That made me feel even more safe since it was a girls trip with my sister and our daughters. It was beautifully decorated and loved that it was on the first floor. I am planning on going back next Fall Break and hope this condo is available!! Arlene was also very friendly and responded quickly with any questions I had. I recommend 100%!!

Perfect location. Conveniently located to entertainment. Short walk to the beach. Arlene was quick to respond. The condo is nice and was very clean. 4 stars overall because the bed was very uncomfortable. I realize its at no fault of the host but the noise from people walking through the halls and up/down the stairs was very loud and sometimes went on until midnight. Overall a great stay and i certainly recommend for the price.
