Living room queen sofa, 55" HDTV in living room and 40" HDTV in bedroom and FREE Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Three.
This is a 1st floor unit only steps away from parking, the pool, and beach access. You are only 20 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. The “ocean view” is a bit of a stretch. The ocean was barely visible. Even though we did not have wifi for 1-1/2 of our 3 days, we were in communication with the owner and were eventually able to fix it ourselves. Parking felt safe & we even joined in the 8:30-10:00 round robin pickleball. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and flushing the toilet. Bed was comfortable. The furniture and beach equipment on the patio needs to be replaced.

This cozy space comfortably accommodates one or two guests. I especially enjoyed the balcony, which offers a partial ocean view. The unit is conveniently situated between the beach access and the community pool. I would happily stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Our condo was very clean, we were on the first floor nice view ! The security staff was very friendly met a man from our area and chatted awhile ! Enjoyed the beach and the pool also jamacia joes ! Had fun playing music bingo! This was our first time on the island didn’t realize how secluded and well kept the town was! Once we got used to everything it was time to leave! Only thing I would suggest is maybe putting a blind on the window next to the door in bedroom otherwise beautiful!

I've stayed at this resort several times and love it. Our unit was clean and as described in the listing other than you really can't see the ocean well from the first floor. It's very convenient to the beach. It is an older place and could use some upgrades to the linens and the outdoor seating but overall we had what we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. The whole building smelled like moth balls but that was not the owners fault.

Lovely Reno job. Definitely could use blackout curtains in bed room and curtains that provide full coverage off the patio. Pull out couch bed you definitely feel the bar. Love that there was water bottles and beach chairs/umbrella to use. For sure needs beach towels for pool and beach. The was a 1/2 roll of tp when we arrived and we ran out. Kitchen was fully stocked and house was very clean.

We love hhi beach and tennis resort, but this particular unit has been our favorite so far. Very accommodating, very clean, the location was perfect - love being on the 1st floor and so close to the beach/pool. The owners were very helpful and responsive! Will definitely be sure to stay here again.

Great Property, Great Location!

A fantastic place for a great price! The property was clean, recently updated, and in a perfect spot right near the beach with access to a pool on site. The hosts reached out with all the info we needed to park/check in a few days ahead of time and the whole process was seamless. We really appreciate you making even our short stay so easy so we could just enjoy our time there!

Wonderful getaway!

This was our second time staying at this resort but first time at this property. We needed a quick getaway for just the two of us and this property was just perfect. The mattress was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to somehow cover up the long window by the door.

Quick weekend anniversary trip

Overall was a lovely condo in a nice location and we would definitely come again. Wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were quick to respond to any messages. The bed was amazingly comfortable, however I would recommended a curtain of some kind to block the light from window by the door. All that light did make it difficult to sleep, we ended up covering the window with Publix shopping bags The beach chairs were a bit worn and rusted, with missing pieces and could stand an update and the remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work but we were able to just watch tv at night in the living room. The shower was spacious and updated, we had plenty of towels for our stay.
