Large Three Bedroom Villa Overlooking the George Fazio Golf Course!
You are going to love staying in this very well kept three bedroom Inverness villa. This villa has been nicely decorated throughout with the beach in mind. The fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry has everything you will need for cooking for your friends and family. There is a breakfast nook with seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room which seats six. The living room provides numerous seating options for the whole family and features a large HDTV and slider to the private balcony.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and your own en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom has a double vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. There is a private balcony off the primary bedroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom features two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom as well. A swing-king can be made from two twins in the third bedroom upon request at the time of booking. The bathroom has a double vanity and a tub and shower combination.
Outside on your private balcony you will enjoy sweeping views of the George Fazio golf course! The Inverness community pool is just a minute walk away making it convenient for adults and children alike! The beach is easily accessed by an estimated five minute bike ride, couple minute drive or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy, an on-call shuttle service. You are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer! Come spend your vacation at this lovely villa!

Nice little stay at HH
Loved the location and the resort. Well maintained across the board. Our unit was lovely and perfect for our family. Could use a little updating, but we still loved our stay. Would recommend to others.
