Fully Updated Kitchen and Bathrooms with an Ocean View!

As you enter this villa you are greeted by the open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas.

The Kitchen has been updated with tiled countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. The Dining Area has seating for six. The Living Room features a sleeper sofa, HDTV and slider access to your private sun tanning deck with its fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Primary Bedroom has a King-sized bed with all new comforters and linens, new HDTV and fresh paint. The en-suite Primary Bathroom has been wonderfully updated. The sunken tub has been removed to allow for a very large tiled walk-in shower. All vanities, flooring and paint have been updated as well. The Guest Bedroom on the other side of the unit features one Twin and one Full-size bed. The en-suite Guest Bathroom has been completely updated as well, with it's newly tiled tub and shower combination, vanity and flooring.

Barrington Court is the only complex in Palmetto Dunes which features a Pool and Spa which are heated YEAR-ROUND. You'll be down the elevator and out to the beach in just a few minutes. Arthur Hills Golf Course is a 1 minute drive across the street. Be some of the first guests to enjoy these wonderful additions to an already gorgeous property!

Lovely Palmetto Dunes

Barrington Arms is a very nice resort with lovely grounds and facilities. It is a nice location as it is further south in Palmetto Dunes. This condo had very nice bathrooms and a nice kitchen. It was well appointed and had a lovely view. We would recommend that the owner update the living room, dining room and bedrooms' decor. The wicker and silk flowers seem outdated. The mirrored dining room wall is passe. It would also be nice to have condiments on hand and a Keurig coffee maker. Loved our time at Hilton Head. Appreciated the two hours of pickleball court time daily, too. Palmetto Dunes is a great destination on the island.

Loved the view of the ocean, pool and pond. Many units only had view of one of these.
