The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. Past the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6 and the living room with a flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door will take you out to the shaded deck featuring a landscaped golf view. This main level also has a half bath.

The upper level has 1 bedroom and a full bath. The master bedroom has a king bed.

The Greens are set only a short walk from the beach, featuring an on-site pool. Shipyard also gives the guest access to golf and Van der Meer tennis is across the street.
