There are no motorcycles, RVs, or watercraft of any kind allowed in the resort.

This property observes quiet hours after 10 PM through 8 AM, and we ask guests to be aware and to comply. (This includes music, voices, happy children's running footsteps outside, etc.)

While we love pets, unfortunately they are not allowed on the resort property. There is a strict fine assessed for pets.

Renting bicycles is a great way to explore the island. Bike rentals are available online. Mike’s Bikes or The Bike Doctor are two nearby reliable bike rental stores. They both will deliver & pick up bikes for your use.

I book this Condo by Expedia and it said beach front and it was not beach front. It was not even the name of the property. It said on the website coastal Luxe villa by the beach front,and when we got there we was told that is on the other side of town.we was lost for two hours and the person at the gate had us in circle. I am very upset because the property said 16 minutes away from where my son was graduating from.my son was in Paris Island marine. This hold property was money making.the condo that was stay at was the spa.

Great quick getaway to Hilton Head Island

This was a great location for a quick last minute stay on Hilton head island, The location on the north end of the Island makes you feel like you are away from the crowds even during the beginning of spring break season.

Great accommodation - different beach than expected.

The unit was absolutely fantastic, clean, quiet and very well stocked with anything you could imagine needing to make your stay a great experience. Historic Mitchellville is simply across the street and was a wonderful treat to explore and learn more about. The only negative I have is the beach adjacent to the property is full of pluff mud and all it brings with it - so not as usable as we’d hoped it to be. However we simply jumped in our car and travelled to another beach further down the road.
