Overview
Centrally located on Hilton Head Island, this coastal chic one-bedroom villa, offers an open concept living room with garden views and kitchen/dining area. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed; captain's bunks are in the hallway for the children or sleeper sofa in the living area. Dine al fresco on the furnished balcony, or take a short walk to the beach, pool, or tennis courts. Take the elevator to the third floor to start your HHI vacation!

Your Host:
Palmetto Residential Services - Receive personal service from Broker-in-Charge, Meredith Allain, and her staff while you enjoy Hilton Head Island. You will receive Meredith's cell and she is readily available to answer any questions or offer resolutions to requests.

Your Villa:
Villas are individually owned, so you’ll never get 2 exactly alike. Villas come with a starter supply of dish soap, bath soap, paper towels, toilet paper and all linens and towels are provided. In addition, you will have the convenience of a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, electric hand mixer, wine opener, can opener, cookware, ovenware, dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, wine glasses, hair dryer fire extinguisher, cable tv, high speed internet, DVD/DVR and access to 24/7 security.

The Resort:
Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is 50+ acres of fun, relaxation and good food. The Resort is host to the largest ocean front swimming pool on Hilton Head with a kiddie pool by it’s side. In addition, a second, more private and low-key swimming pool is located on the south side of the Resort.

Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is situated with direct beach access by means of 4 boardwalks. 6 Beach Towels and High and Low Beach Chairs are provided. Umbrella rental are located on the beach just off the end of the boardwalk.

Activities:
Seasonally, the resort offers daily activities like Magic by Gary Maurer, learn about our coastal wildlife and environment during activities hosted by the Coastal Discovery Museum, Monday night Dive-In Movie at the big pool, Dance party by the pool, a giant waterslide and the ever-popular hair braiding.
If that doesn’t suit your fancy, the Resort also offers a playground, catch and release fishing, bike rentals, a beach volleyball court, walking trails, 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, an onsite tennis pro for lessons, fitness center, corn hole, basketball, racquetball and wildlife viewing.

Food and Beverage:
To tempt your palate, the Resort offers many options. Located inside the Convention Center is our locally famous Coconutz Sports Bar, offering a full dinner menu, bar and home of award-winning wings, 3 years running. Gatorz pizza, open seasonally, is just down the hall from Coconutz and located just outside the rear entrance is the deck bar and outdoor dining area.

In the mood for a cool frozen drink by the pool? Visit Jamaica Joez Beach Bar located at the North end beach boardwalk. Jamaica Joez offers a full lunch menu, bar and stunning views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. A few steps away is Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut. Cool off with soft serve ice cream, snow cones and a selection of frozen novelties.

Event Space:

We have stayed at this resort multiple times, but this was our first in a one bedroom villa. The villa was clean and close to the main pool and beach. We had one issue with the stove and I reached out to Meredith and she helped us get the problem solved even though it was later in the evening. While this villa was small for our family, it served its purpose for the couple days that we needed it, and allowed us to enjoy all of the amenities of the resort. If you don’t need a lot of space, I would highly recommend this villa.

Spring Break 2025

Nice location. Loved the beach and large pool. It never felt crowded. The community was nice and well kept. My son enjoyed checking every pond for turtles, fish and alligators. One thing of concen w being asked to wash the beach towels. It was nice we did not have to bringbourown when flying and room is tight. But then asked to wash them because of the convience they were available. Other than thatbgreat location to restaurants and destinations.

Our Favorite Place to Vacation

My wife and I have visited HHI annually for several years. The HHI Beach and Tennis Resort is our favorite place to stay. Meredith was very helpful as we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay We highly recommend this condo.

We loved staying here and appreciated how close the beach/pool were. The property was clean and the host was responsive. I would point out to future guests that you do need to bring additional funds for the community washer/dryer located on the first and second floors. This property is on the third floor as a reminder. The streaming device in the bedroom also didn't function as the cord was broken.

Fun getaway

Always pleased with the resort, first time staying in this unit. Exactly as decribed, gets are getting older but still love sleeping in the bunk beds 😀 Only small thing was the TV in the bedroom didnt work, which really isnt a big deal. Everything else was great, beach chairs and cooler right there so no need to pack it. Over all, lovley trip.

Very clean and well equipped condo in a convenient location to beach. However, it should have been disclosed that it was directly next to the fire doors in the corridor of the building and these doors slam when someone goes thru them....other than that it was a lovely stay.

Beautiful Condo in great location

Simply a beautiful condo with all the amenities needed to make our week so very comfortable! We enjoyed walking on the beach, renting and riding the tandem bike and taking walks on the many paths available! Our hose, Meredith, was the BEST; she took care of our every need. Thank you, Meredith!

Great location for a quick trip

Great location for a quick trip to Hilton head. The bunks where smaller and the kids used the pull out sofa that had a new memory foam mattress and was perfect for them. Was close to the beach and the pool was a short walk.

Great location and AC

The unit is in a great location walkable to the beach. Right near the elevator. The air conditioning works well which was essential for the time I was there! There was an issue with checkin at no fault of the property manager but she was readily available by cell phone to correct it for me right away. I liked having the beach chairs to borrow. Know that if you borrow the beach towels you are expected to launder them before check out so thankfully I didn’t use those because I saw that on the last day when we were checking out. My only issue with the place is how difficult it is to sleep there. There is a very bright light in the corridor outside that shines into the bedroom at night, and even more so into the units hallway where the bunkbeds are, it’s like daylight shining into in the hallway at night so we couldn’t leave the bedroom door open for airflow and it got pretty hot without a fan, so bring your own fan. As with many short term rentals The mattress is so-so. Also, if two people sleep in the bed every little movement is exaggerated and the whole bed shakes so beware of that. Despite those issues, the unit serve the purpose I needed it to. considering the uncomfortable sleep situation, I think the price was a little high, but it was a holiday weekend. The complex has bicycles to rent but we got ours through Hilton head outfitters for half the price.

We had a good time during our stay. The walk to the beach was super easy. The communication was very very good. Only complaint was that the unit could have been cleaner upon arrival.
