Our villa features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. We are conveniently located in Hilton Head Resort on the second floor of bldg. 4. The villa is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and just steps away from the elevator, pools and laundry room.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Two full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, teapot, pots & pans, dishes & utensils.

The living room has a smart TV so you can enjoy your Netflix or Hulu. We also offer free wifi and cable TV.

Hilton Head Resort is a gated community that offers many free amenities including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor hot tub & sauna, fitness room, indoor running track, 6 tennis courts, badminton court, volley ball, BBQ & picnic area and an onsite store & deli (open seasonally), along with Coco s Oceanfront Bar & Grill (open seasonally).

Just a short distance to the secluded beach, approx. a 10min walk, on the resorts private boardwalk which offers beautiful views of the salt water marsh. The villa includes a new beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for your convenience. A seasonal shuttle to the beach is also available.

For your entertainment , the condo has an assortment card games, board games, books, tennis rackets and badminton rackets.

Also includes bath towels, linens, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and soap.

Pets/Animals are NOT allowed at the resort.

Family vacation - 4th July

We enjoyed the property very much. The condo was in need f some cleaning. There was a pair of kids underwear in the bathroom drawer in hall bath. In the master bath was a disposable razor left in the shower, mold on ceiling and vent fan did not work.

This is a low end apartment complex not a resort.

We felt unsafe. People were wondering around all day and night making noise and transactions in the parking lot. I think it was an apartment complex for low income housing. It was not a resort and felt unsafe which was our biggest complaint. We left Wednesday could not make it to Saturday.

Good For What It's Worth

This is a nice condo. But do not expect luxury. If you are bringing anyone elderly or anyone that has difficulty getting around, this may not be for them. It is quite a walk from building 4 to the beach. It was no problem for most of our group but for my elderly mother, it was a problem at times. They do have a shuttle that runs the boardwalk, but it has a schedule, and takes a long break in the evening and does not come back until 8:00pm. Keep this in mind. Needs better housekeeping, I had to make the queen bed upon arriving and the bedspread on the queen bed appeared dirty, so I washed it. As others have stated, the condo above have extremely squeaky floors. You may only notice at night. But a few nights kept us up past 12:30 am or later. This gets to be a real problem at times. This condo is right by the laundry area and elevator, which is nice. Hopefully the problems gets fixed here, because this could be a really nice resort.

Got the job done

In a pinch, not bad for a quick beach trip. The unit itself was pretty good, but the unit above us had the squeakiest floor and the heaviest feet. While the bed was super comfortable, the people above us kept us awake. Upon arrival, there was an awful moldy smell. We determined it was the foam shower mat and we promptly moved it to the porch. Also found a random pair of women’s underwear in one of the bathroom drawers. One evening water was pouring from a crack in the bathroom ceiling into the main bath tub. There seems to be some plumbing leak above the unit. I will say the golf cart shuttle to the beach, multiple pools, location to restaurants and shops, and the beach itself were fantastic. The unit could use a few simple things, like hand soap, a pizza cutter (pans… but no wheel?), and a better cleaning between guests. But for the price we paid and the short stay with 2 kids, it was sufficient!

We enjoyed everything except the floor above squeaking like crazy and it started at 4:30 am one morning. The beach is beautiful but you have to walk a long ways to get there especially since my mother just had knee replacement surgery. There was a nice wagon to take your stuff to the beach and a lot of beach stuff to use at the beach.
