PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. Photo copies of both the reservation holders Driver’s License and Credit Card will be required.

Overall we had an excellent stay there. It was the perfect size for our eight person party. The view of the beach was excellent. The interior of the house was nicer than advertised in the pictures, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms.One minor issue was there were not enough trash bags, cleaners, and dishwasher pods. They expect you to clean before you leave yet don't provide the products. Also basica such as salt, coffee filters, and a spice rack should be in the kitchen in light of the hefty rental price.

10 Years and counting!

This is our 10th year renting through Vacation homes of Hilton Head and our 8th year staying in this same house. Our tennis team comes here annually before our season kicks off and we will be returning again next year. The house is perfect for our large group and the location couldn't be better. The private beach, beautiful deck and gorgeous view make it all beyond perfect. The home is clean, the kitchen is well stocked with necessities and the sleeping arrangements will suit any large group. The staff at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head is always very responsive to us for any minor issues that have occurred. I highly recommend this property and Vacation Homes of Hilton Head.

The Perfect Place

Amazing House!

Annual Family Vacation

Our family of 12 enjoys being under one roof. This house was perfect with plenty of room for gathering together and bedrooms with baths for all to have their privacy. The close walk to beach and view of the ocean from the kitchen and living area created a peaceful view.

This home is located right on a beautiful stretch of beach in Hilton Head. The home is immaculate and well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, etc. The property managers are responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. We have been staying here annually for 9 years and plan to keep returning as long as we can!! I highly recommend this location.

Amazing House and Location!!!

We had such an amazing time at this property! The house was immaculate and all the decor was tasteful but beachy! The house location was perfect as it was very central to grocery stores, restaurants, putt putt, Starbucks and other activities. There was a small beach bar right on the beach within walking distance of the house called Coco's! We really enjoyed being able to walk down and have a cocktail! We would definitely stay here again!!
