At a specific point on Daufuskie Island you can see Hilton Head, Savannah and Tybee Island, but those crowded beaches are in the distance as you enjoy a private beautiful beach. If you want to see more of the local living enjoy a meal at the Daufuskie Crab Company, at the Freeport Marina, D'Fuskie's Store Eatery & Bar, Daufuskie Island Distillery, Frye's Corner, Driftwood Diner, Corakko Beach Club or The Sportsman. Visit The Iron Fish, The Community Farm, The Daufuskie Island Distillery (Daufuskie Rum Company), Daufuskie Blues for indigo dying classes and beautiful merchandise, The Light House at Silver Dew Winery and other great shops and sights.
In addition to our beautiful beaches, the Corakko Beach Club (pool and grill) is open just down the avenue (seasonal).

Great island getaway property! Beautifully appointed decor. 2 bedroom ensuite condo. Each suite had a bath, mini frig, tons of storage. The king suite had a shower and jacuzzi tub. The suites were separated by a large kitchen, dining, living area with expansive views of the water. This layout provides nice privacy. The porch was also fabulous with comfortable furniture and the same spectacular views. Great for a family or 2 couples.

Relaxing family getaway

We had a great stay here (myself, my wife, 12 year old daughter and 10 year old son). This was a great location, and the villa was very nice. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring the island and eating at the various restaurants. The hosts were kind very good at communicating through VRBO. Highly recommend.
