The property was nicely furnished, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, tools, etc.The townhouse was a short walk to the pool and a short car ride to the beach. The bike/walking paths were great and we loved the house and property.My only suggestions would be to supply toilet paper, rather than 2 rolls per bathroom. For the price paid it seemed shortsighted and I doubt people would steal unused toilet paper.Also, I suggest making it clear in the descriptions that beach towels ARE provided since I read in description or lease that they weren't. With a car trip there in a very packed car that would have been good to know up front. I imagine for those flying in it would be even more important. Most homes we viewed offered them.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay in a nice place.

This house was very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking just like you're at home. The couches and beds were very comfortable. Relaxing week at the beach. Almost a mile to the Disney beach access- very easy bike ride. Communication was great and everything was clean and well labeled. It is an end unit and was very quiet. Hardly knew anyone else was staying in the area.

This unit was perfect for our family of 5, plus our dog! Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host stayed in communication with us and was quick to answer any questions. They had everything we needed for our stay. The only small drawback was a very fancy shower head with low water pressure. The host was made aware and I don't doubt they'll address that for future guests. Too notch rental!

We were very pleased with the property. Great location in P Dunes, view of golf course and right beside a pond. Unit was clean, well equipped and furnished with good quality beds, furniture, kitchen appliances etc. owner was very responsive when needed.

Lovely villa

We enjoyed 2weeks in Feb at this lovely villa. Great area for biking , walking, pickleball and kayaking. Beach was not a far walk either. Our villa had everything we needed, very clean, updated and a nice view of the golfcourse. Chrissy was very quick to respond to any enquiries. We look forward to coming back soon !

Happy Holiday Getaway

First off, this villa is beautiful. Such a nice place to getaway to. Other than a few bumps when we were getting in, the stay was great great. It was very quiet (although, it was off time on the island). The owners were great. Once we were able to get in touch with them, they resolved any issue very quickly and were very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place to Relax with our Fur Babies

This unit was exactly how it was described in the description. The fully stocked kitchen and extra touches like pump hand soap are always a plus. The beds and couches were comfortable to snuggle up in on chilly fall days. Would have loved to use patio and listen to fountains, but just a bit too chilly. This unit is set back in foliage, so it may not get as much light as other units. The constant shadows of water glitter through large picture windows made my heart happy.

The owners of this property were great to work with. We had a bit of personal craziness leading up to our stay. They were very accommodating to us extending our reservation, and then helping us out with some other things that came up. The property itself was as advertised, clean, and met all of our needs!

Great stay!

This was our second time staying at this adorable rental. Great location! Our host was very flexible as we almost had to stay another day due to hurricane Helene and we didn't make a final decision until day before we left. We would definitely stay here again.
