I didn’t utilize the bar and breakfast wasn’t free, it was a small buffet for $17. Everything was good except we were in a room with a door that had the ac blower behind it. Anytime the air came on it was like a train was coming through. It was so loud we could barely sleep. We tolerated it because we were only there one night.

The hotel was accessible to shopping area and fine dining, the check in staff was friendly and gave excellent service. However I did not like the late start breakfast option as I had to leave early around 6am everyday and 7:30am is not an ideal time for people who have to leave early as well. It was hard to get my room serviced as cleaning staff seems peeved to be asked to do their job despite my being there for more than three days and haven’t even received clean towels. The elevator doors were very slow if they worked at all. And the ground parking smelled awful as well.

I wouldn’t stay again, what dining/bar service was closed more than open. Garbage always by elevator in parking garage and I think they had a raid one night. It was not located where we thought it was going to be, way to much traffic out front.

This property definitely needs an upgrade. The rooms and facility were dated and worn and definitely needs an modernization. The staff was ok - not 100% attentive of your needs or requests - the front desk ignored me when standing there to ask a question. The lighting in the room was poor quality - and there were no places to put items - 3 people in the room and there was not enough sitting and storage for the stay or to hang towels.
