Staff was very nice and heloful. Amenities are the ussue. Breakfast choice for protein: hard boiled eggs in shell which was very difficult to remove. No meats. Sweetened yogurt poured by machine was nice. Bagels and a few sweet selections. Coffee only available in lobby. No microwave, older fridge i could determ8ne of was functional enough to out food in, or coffee maker, pets allowed and had the displeaure of it in the morning. Rooms are fine, clean and had basic amenities. Kind of a slightly better Days Inn standard of hotel.

We thought the room was great. But it was a long walk to get to the room. 314. There were so many empty rooms we can't understand why we were given that was furthest away. Front desk personell were really not very friendly. The part that bothered us the most was we came in one late afternoon and waited about five minutes for the elevator and it never came. We finally went to the front desk to ask and we were told that they were servicing the elevator. There should have been an Out of Order sign on the elevator. It was so wrong to have a stand there waiting with nobody living us know the elevator was not working.

The problem is this hotel uses way too much bleach for cleaning rooms. I stayed in two different rooms over two nights and both reeked of bleach. Cleanliness is one thing but they are going too far and it’s a really uncomfortable feeling to be cooped up in a room full of chemicals. Won’t stay again.
