"A/C barely working, so hot in the room. Nobody at the front desk, only self check inn available. No hot water. Not a very good area where hotel is located."

"The room was clean but the aircon didn't work. It shouldn't take 4 trips to reception and a night trying to sleep in a Sauna before something was done. And that was only because I firmly requested a change of rooms. Unfortunately Google reviews highlighted this is an ongoing issue for this hotel. ..."
