The hotel was amazing. They had all their Christmas decorations up which made it feel like home. The breakfast served was good. The overall condition of the hotel is in great shape.

The staff and hotel were great, the walls were so incredibly thin! We were woke the first morning thinking someone was blow drying their hair in our bathroom! Could hear full conversation! 5am! 2nd morning woke thinking someone was blowing their nose by our bed! Guests talking making plans in the hallway 6 am so loud! Housekeeping left our door open after freshening up as well! Pool area and view was great but I wouldn’t stay again

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location if you are going to Zion. We arrived around 6:30 and Jennifer welcomed us. Check in was quick and easy and we were given some info for the area. Plenty of parking. Pool area and breakfast area were clean and inviting. Coffee is out all day and the breakfast selection was plentiful. My favorite touch was the hot chocolate bar!!!! Loved this. They were setting up Christmas decor while we were there, and each day more and more had been added. The lobby looked beautiful. I believe Dustin was the one doing all the decorating. He made the lobby transform into a Christmas!! Very well done job. All the employees were very friendly and would stay here again!

Everything was great. Located next to really nice coffee place that the wife loved. Everything in Springdale is walkable so the location is nice. Building was clean, breakfast was really good and ready early enough to still eat and make the first shuttle in zion
