Easy check-in process. Staff was really friendly. Great to have washer/dryer in unit. Maybe it was coming from USA, but I was expecting the washer to be a little bit bigger. Also, while they gave us one pouch of the detergent, if you’re gonna wash clothes on multiple days, you may either need to ask them for more or you’d have to go out and get your own. All in all, I’d recommend this brand and would stay here again in the future.

I have big teens very tall the futons are not for tall teens but it was clean, easy access to eateries and a short distance to Tokyo station. We only stayed for 2 night as we needed to get to the Tokyo station and it worked well. The dryers are not like us ones small capacity and only dried on high heat. I would stay again if I needed a place to stay.

"Current condition of the hotel is much much worse than the photos in the property listing. Aside from the sea view, the property was in poor condition. The outdoor pool of the onsen was nice being able to hear the waves crashing on the shore. Neighborhood is really sad with many boarded up hotels ..."
