The room was the wrong room, the shelf in the bathroom was broken all my wife’s makeup in her bag fell on the ground, ice machine wasn’t working there were no trash bags in the bathroom or the room itself, there was 1 robe & not 2. Very time consuming to call about all these things. Front desk receptionist was very helpful. We will see if we get the refund she promised us.
